"I had been trying to purchase a foreclosure property for nearly 2 years without success. As soon as I realized it was transferred to a HUD sale and that Jay’s firm was the listing agent, I contacted him. Jay was extremely knowledgeable about the process and began providing me with regular updates. The timing of the sale was not ideal. Bidding opened on the Saturday before Christmas. Offers had to be submitted by the midnight Sunday, just two days prior to Christmas. Jay worked with me throughout the day Sunday, even late into the evening to submit our revised offer. He notified me first thing the next morning that my offer was accepted. However, HUD required that the paperwork be processed and deposit received within 48 hours (Christmas morning). Jay and his team worked promptly and professionally with me into Christmas Eve to process and submit the required documents and deposit before the Christmas Day deadline.
